I dont think they suck at all. Thats why I like the rivalry. The Ducks looked great last night and thats what I was worried about. It was a matter of the next game or so before they get into a groove. I was just hoping the sharks werent going to that team they beat. Ducks skated really well. Totally opposite of their last games.Parros cracks me up.

"And this is for all the folks in Canada who think Jarkko Ruutu doesn't fight"

you don't have to worry LEN, your boys will have a spot in the playoffs clinched with a week or 2 to play.
Ruutu can fight, but if i was his coach i would not want him to. He is kinda fragile for an agitator.
There is a stupid rumour in Montreal that there will be a trade: Koivu and a draft pick for Gaborik.
it is a fucking stupid rumour.
I wonder if my habs dress Georges Laraque tonight. Phoenix has 3 enforcers, so i should get to see a nice brawl while i over pay for beer.

Nothing lasts forever, but I'd really love to see Saku remain a Canadien for life.

Same here.
the french press are idiots. There is blanket hockey coverage 7 days a week, and when they run out of stories they like to make shit up.
Gaborik is awesome, but a UFA at the end of the year, disapears in the playoffs and is fragile, fragile , fragile.
I would love to see him on the habs, because he is one of the only guys in the nhl who has that 5th gear when it comes to speed, and well we have one of the fastest teams. I just wouldn't deal away team chemistry for him.

He's a freakin magician I'll give him that, but those two can't be compared IMO. Three words: Heart, Leadership, Dedication.
edit: Why even use three words when I can break it down to one letter, 'C'.

yeah...he is also injured right now. That is why Saku's bro is getting more points.
I don't know if Saku stays in montreal his whole career. (by his won decision). There is a lot of pressure as the captain in this city.
I could see him wanting to play with his bro.
If the habs won the cup i would also not be surprised if he retired from the nhl to go play with the club he owns in finland. (which one i forget..possibly TURKU?) I know he would like to play at home again.
montreal also has a ton of UFA's including Saku, so it will be interesting to see who they can keep and who has to go.
