The one in my car just walked out. The one I found in my house we used an old bowl, a piece of cardboard, and gloves. They aren't poisonous, but I didn't want to get bitten. Actually my flatmate took it out, I was too scared. 
We put a bowl on top of it, slid it along the counter onto the piece of cardboard and put it outside. Lifted up the bowl and there it ran away.
