You can't be this naïve. People in any club, regardless of the music or the DJ, are there for either socializing, sex, or substance abuse. The DJ simply represents a sort of common interest and determines the people who will be there, and consequently the expected quality of the aforementioned three criteria.

Such elitism in our scene.

to each his own..some people don't mind hanging out in the back and just listening to the beats....but there are those that prefer front and centre...many, many TOTA's btw...front and centre is where i have met many of you..

i personally like vibing off of a dj...and there are certain dj's that are amazing at the interaction part of the set as well as technically superior...eddie halliwell is one that comes to mind...you can't just s label people who prefer high energy dj's as not knowing what they're talking about..that's just fucking retarded...

c'mon..you all know some of your best nights have been with dj's that have been going nuts in a booth..

I can honestly say my best nights out have been with good friends with DJs spinning where I honestly didn't know who was spinning because I was too busy having fun.

IMO....if you need the DJ to entertain you with their antics then maybe you are listening to the wrong music for you.

Going to Lot 332 on a Friday or whatever other club, is indeed going to a club to socialize and not to see the DJ.

bad example sasha does not prance around like some half assed trance jock.
