Just watched Marco Pierre White's new show "The Chopping Block" on NBC and it's way better than the US version of Hell's Kitchen. Been watching this mentor of both Gordon Ramsay and Mario Batali since last year when they aired his version of Hell's Kitchen. I swear if I was in culinary school, I'd want this man to be my teacher. He fucking kicks ass and is AWESOME!!!

Paul: Supermodels are beautiful girls, Will. A beautiful girl can make you dizzy, like you've been drinking Jack and Coke all morning. She can make you feel high full of the single greatest commodity known to man - promise. Promise of a better day. Promise of a greater hope. Promise of a new tomorrow. This particular aura can be found in the gait of a beautiful girl. In her smile, in her soul, the way she makes every rotten little thing about life seem like it's going to be okay. The supermodels, Willy? That's all they are. Bottled promise. Scenes from a brand new day. Hope dancing in stiletto heels.

I just watched it too.... It sucks the asians bowed out... that came completely out of nowhere! I also get completely grossed out when I get servered raw chicken like that, and whoever was responsible for it, should have gone.

if you think he's bad on the American version of HK, you all need to check out the show boiling point... which is basically a camera plopped down in his very first restaurant and all the 19-30 y/os he's got working for him.

I just received my Gordon Ramsay cook book. "Makes it Easy".
Such good pictures of Gordon and food in there. And there is some DVD with the book.
