I would not want to be anyone working in collections right now particularly if my comp was based on dollars collected.

although I do imagine more accounts are IN collections right now though!

Our collections dept is overworked because our customers can't/don't want to pay

go job security!

(that being said, my company's collections history is shit at best and our customers have historically taken advantage of this and just not paid invoices for a couple years lol. Now, collections is finally staffed well and doing their jobs, and customers are outraged!! lol)
