I don't usually suffer from "pill dick"; in fact I usually enjoy rampant, healthy erections while under the influence. However, I remember one particular night when I got home and I thought that my penis had disappeared inside my body. It looked like I was five years old again.

My shlong is almost bang-on average for the Australian population (i.e twice as big as the rest of the world), so if you assume that the guy's dick was already smaller than average and that he'd done a SHIT LOAD of drugs, then I can see how it could happen.
