Just had a look at the specs and it's very slightly larger than the S1000 (even though they claim it's their smallest!) but not enough to make any difference.
USB could be useful for just sticking hundreds of loops on, plus if you can save cue points on them (not that clear from the specs) - I'm always against these sorts of things (MP3 CDs etc) as you can never guarantee the club you play in will have the same facilities, so you end up having to take a wallet of normal CDs anyway, but when the whole point is it's a deck you're taking with you, you haven't got that problem!

I own a pair of 1200s and I really like them. I've never had a problem with a single mp3 or wav file .... ever. That's alot more then I can say about the Pioneer players. There have been plenty of times on the cdj-1000 when I was in the middle of a mix and the dumb thing frame-skipped on me and totally threw everything off.
And yes, you can save memo points, loops, and all that kinda good stuff.
