Gotta say SAf seem to be dropping off. Last year beating us at home they were looking like they were going to be unstoppable over the next few years, they've just gone right off the boil since we creamed them in SAf. |
it's their attack. Steyn has been injured, Ntini is really coming to the end of his lifespan as an international bowler and I think Parnell is injured. De Wet (new guy) did well in the 1st test then got dropped wfor steyn to return. They're just vulnerable atm, like many teams are, I don't see a single one who is dominant at all. We however are building momentum up again, last summer & this winter need to do that because if we do not come into the series next winter with you guys absolutely firing, we're fucked. It's the one thing we yearn for, a win down under as that means something.

yeah gotta say you guys do seem to be coming on.
Tell ya what though, this Pakistan team, once they get a bit more experience in them and build up their consistency they have the potential to be a great team. I really like the look of them. And its been a long time since i said that about any Pakistan team.
Now they've gotten rid of the bad influences of Inzamam and Shoaib, the kids they have look like they could really develop into something potent.

the one big downfall is the fact they have no home matches. UAE & England will give them games but here esp will not suit them unless we have a heatwave summer which we're due, not had a good one since 2005! That's gonna hold them back but they have promise if the players and esp the board stop being clowns.
