Tenaglia would be great at Black and Blue, but he hasn't done a BnB since 2005. I have a few friends who were at tha BnB and said it was amazing.
Carlio Lio I have also heard nothing but good things about, so that would also be a nice addition, and if not...... well I plan on going to the Piknic event on the 5th anyhow so I'll check him out then.
I have a feeling the chances of having any other headliner besides Chus & Ceballos for Black and Blue are slim. So I personally won't mind if Peter Rauhofer, or D-Formation were also mentioned, but I won't hold my breath.

Chus & Ceballos; Meh....seen them soo many times. I'd like to see a New Addition to the Line up this year.
Wouldn't be surpised if PETER H made it on the line up, have yet to seen him. Not my style, but I still like to seem him live.
