i think that his days in the nhl are over.

he will get more money to play in russia because he probably isn't seen as a choker there and brings some extra "star" power to the khl.

Looks like vancouver finally took the C from Luongo and Im sure H. Sedin will get it. That was just a sympathy captain to get him to sign Im sure.

i doubt the C was the difference maker considering the contract he signed.

last year, when they would lose, luongo would be very vocal to the media and throw his teammates under the bus.

considering his pitiful playoff performance last year, it was probably the right move.

after signing staal, the rangers are over the cap...redden to the minors? no one will take that contract i think.
