Listen to the sets and come back and say he sucks.
Its not that he makes soundtracks for movies that he sucks.
There's more in this world then only trance...if got the motivation and the "power" to get himself higher up on something he should take the opportunity, asking Oakenfold for writing a soundtrack means that he's an artist, they wont ask Dumonde to do that.
Nothing against Dumonde because I love "memory" and "never look back", both great tunes, and do u hear me flaming them? NO, I don't like them cuz its not my style, but I don't say they suck, cuz other people like them, so they wont suck in other peoples eyes....
It's not all about YOUR MUSIC, its about ALL MUSIC.
And this is where most of u guys fail in, they have one favorite style and they are disgusted by everything that's not their taste....blahblahblah, if U act like this (and MANY people here on the forum) u prove to other people who are open for every kind of music that ur a n00b in music.
You know why there are a lot of people who dislike progressive?
I know, I told it on another thread, Its because they are easy listeners...They have no idea of really GOOD music that brings you somewhere (I also know that dumonde playing in a club brings people to flip out, me too if im there, but thats because its easy music, simple beats that are really easy to get onto people, thats why cheesy tracks do good on commercial charts --> easy listening, the first time they hear it the are in love with it, its cheese, but people like it, because their minds dont look further for intelligent music, it's a nice melody, it gets onto them and the track is a HIT, thats the way it goes...I've been in this stage too, but there will come a time u maybe understand me)
The deeper meaning of music, there's where REAL artists succeed in.

i do not say "tiesto sucks" infact i dont use the word suck coz its yank, but i didnt amke this thread did i. i am always there to back up people on the truth. i do not say he is shit coz i dont like him (even tho i dont) his mixing is poor and his poor productions are just screened from you by there techy "coolness" in the end they are to techy stuff what flip and fill is to trance!
