im lost are we talking about corruption like faulty contracts and corrupt spending of money? or are we talking about conspiracy tehories like 9/11.

i thought we were talkign straight up ordinary corruption...which exists like crazy.

I would say yes. Especially when the price of something is overly inflated so the money is more easily concealed.
