Have you noticed how addictive it is to indulge in pity? To wallow in nostalgia and send yourself spiralling into total misery? I think this cycle-of-depression habit comes from TV drama culture and such.
Yes, grieving is necessary, but to do it all like this just to "get it out of your system" is like downing one drink after another really quickly so you'll be sober in time for work tommorrow. Doesn't work.

Let's set the record straight:
- "It's all over! I'm finished!" NO YOU'RE NOT. And it's all not over, it just won't involve Tania (is that her name?), but someone else. Soon enough. There are more chapters coming, with different characters.
- "How will I ever be happy again?" By choice, that's how. A friend of mine, poor guy, had to get some surgery down south and he'll probably never fuck again as long as he lives (and he's young). Is he miserable? No, he's happier than I am 'cause he deliberately chose to be happier.

Stock up on comedy tapes, get together with friends, keep yourself busy,

and don't EVER keep me up until 2:41 am with this nonsense again!

just for the record guys, girls DO eventually grow out of that whole attraction to assholes. if you are between the ages of 15-23 then yes, treat them like crap and they will come running back. but the only kind of girls you are going to end up with by doing this will most likely be the shallow insecure type. a real woman wants an honest and caring man who will treat her like a princess but at the same time won't smother her. you just have to know your lady and what she likes and get to know her moods so you can act accordingly same thing goes for females...
