not true... Nu-NRG is signed on with Vandit right? Vandit, last time I checked, is not a member of the RIAA. Therefore, the only people TA would have to answer to is vandit, and considering that TA is probably responsible for a sizable portion ( a few percent at least) of vandit's record sales, they would be idiotic to do anything about it, in fact, it actually would help sales of Nu-NRG's records.
I guess legally its best to play it safe, but in this case, I doubt there would be a problem.
