its all freeware

litestep is *very* customisable and can get confusing, but i just used a theme made by someone else.

customize.org and the likes have litestep themes.

its a pretty big community, so its pretty easy to find a theme you'll like

litestep is only good to use when u got above win98 tho... on my compy it keeps having problems
