Orbax is right, you can't really spot train lovehandles. The problem is that, even though you are relativley skinny, any fat that you store is going to first be noticeable around your midsection.
You can do twists and sit-ups and crunches and such and that will essentially tighten up the muscles around your waist. This will even allow you to reduce your waist size and perhaps make it appear that your lovehandles have gotten smaller.
IMO your best bet (since you are already thin) is to do some light trunk training and hopefully tightening up your midsection will give you the illusion that your lovehandles are gone.
