I would not be surprised if the majority of those floats were decided upon way before the voting started. LP are smart however - as they managed to hype themselves up on web sites/mailing lists all over the world for free and in the process built up a very nice e-mail database

yep got that kinda feeling too. the only thing that could crush that prejudiced opinion would be that number i was referring to.

but since i guess that number would only enforce that opinion i guess we'll never see it :-/
