they are pretty tough, that is like the toughest trail out here. but there are some good flats that work your cardio pretty nice. SS will be a workout for ya

wtf bikes come with disc breaks now? man i remember when my bike had the shitty rubber breaks... that would activate if i pulled the peddals backwards
