legs today, felt like my shortest workout yet, like 12min or something, still really hit it though
machine parallel squat - full stack x 8, -2x8, -8x15-20
leg curl - 145x7, 130x6, 115x7 (i think, wasn't looking)
leg extension - -3x6, -5x6, -8x6 (burn extruciating on this)
calve raises - -5x15, -8x15, -10x15 (alternating positions)
