k good the second attempt worked, thanks floorfiller.
my routine is
day 1: chest, back, shoulders.
day 2: cardio, legs, abs.
day 3: arms, shoulders, abs.
day 4: off
day 5: off
day 6: back to chest etc...
im currently 6f 2 and i weigh 197 pounds. i put on muscle at a slightly above average rate, but if i sit on my ass for too long, i put on fat too lol.
these are my do's and dont's when i go to the gym...
always breathe when doing reps.
i always do slow focused reps.
never get ahead of myself (increase weight when comfortable.)
when im at the gym, IM AT THE GYM! no cell phone, no distractions,my mind is focused on the workout, and i dont leave untill i feel ive overloaded the muscles.
i dont rush my workouts.
i dont get distracted with the hot girls (even though its so hard not to
ill post my measurements and my exercises later.
