yeah that's true, but honestly i'm tired of fighting the world. it really sucks getting hassled in a lot of social situations because you're different like this, and my family has treated me like garbage since i told them i was a tranny (i was pretty much kicked out).

I'm getting older, I just wanna live a peaceful life. Plus I'd get paid more for a job..

I was a guy when I first was together with my husband several years ago, I started hormones and living full time as a girl when he moved in with me. Certainly it's a little strange and he wants me to be a female still in some situations (work-related events, when I visit his family), but otherwise it hasn't been much of a big deal.

I'm not ashamed of myself -- I'm not afraid to wear a dress or make-up, but life is difficult going upstream all the time. If I give this up, my parents will help me out with university costs again, and I really, really wanna get back to school.

I know it seems kind of silly to have nearly lost everything I had to be who I am and then go back, but I'm grateful for the experience I did have and I wouldn't have the past any other way.

its gotta be hard on the psyche if your parents truly gave a damn they wouldn't care...bribing you like that is for them to get their own way...there are many other options for you to go to school without them...i bet if you did it on your own they would come around...help annd accept it eventually. I know this, because if they wanted to disown you it would have been done by now. All they really need to do is respect what you want and support either way..Now i've never been a tranny but i know about how the whole parental disaproval thing goes. When i go out to certain clubs , i see people just like you who are so happy the way they are and so secure in knowing they get to be whatever they want to...its not impossible.
