He really doesn't get advertised as doing Francois Dubois sets all too often, and in general - the majority of the sets I have from him (dating back 10 years) have always started off a bit more groovey ane then gotten into the banging stuff (save for a few F. Dubois Promo sets floating around)

Technically Coles is a lot better/tighter. But I can't get away from the variety that Francis plays...and he's just got such an obvious natural ear! Something more organic about his style that really appeals to me, which makes his sloppy moments totally forgivable.
P.S. I have a shitload of sets from both of them (individually), and a couple as a pair. They're on HA in the d/l thread if you ever want.
