it is armin, you can tell by his voice, when he interviewed mike that one time too, i recall mike calling him (the interviewer) armin, but yea, you would assume its him, since it is his radio show

Really I based it solely on opinion so its very likely I could be wrong.

However, when he did the phone interview with Ferry (ASOT 91) I believe I heard Ferry say something like hey Armin. And the voice doing the interview sounds like the same voice used all the time.

If you watch his webcam, you can see him talking into the microphone at the same time you're hearing his voice on the stream. There are also pictures of him in the studio talking on the mic.
