Talking Dude this is hella Cool....

If any of u look outside right now, i know i can see it from where i live. Look at the moon. You can notice a huge ring of light around it. It was alot more stronger around 9:30 when i first looked at it, and now that its 12:30, i can still see it, but not as clearly. Check it out

I think thats just really thin high clouds/ice crystals that reflect the light.
