The 2003 Club Nation is due to kick off in May and this year the lovely DJ Smokin Jo will be our headlining artist. The tour will be visiting selected major universities and club venues around the nation (see below for details).

If you don't know Smokin'Jo you're in for a serious treat. This sexy UK dynamo is a long time friend of Ministry of Sound, her residencies at Ministry UK's premier Saturday nighter Rulin! are legendry. Now a permanent fixture on the International circuit, Jo regularly spends much of her summertime living and Djing in Ibiza. She currently holds residencies at Space, Pacha, El Divino and Privilege. Again this year Jo presided over the infamous Manumission Parties, where her dawn sets took the house down. Jo was also the resident DJ for Vivid @ Space, this was part of the now legendary We Love…Sundays at Space, playing alongside Steve Lawler, Sasha, and Space resident Jason Bye on the terrace mixing vocal tracks into tribal grooves.

Jo’s exceptional technical skills and brilliant studio work have made her something of a DJ's DJ, with some of the industries leading figures, like Pete Tong, Steve Lawler and Danny Tenaglia, counted amongst her biggest fans. Check out more on www.smokinjo.com
