love the track too, melody kicks ass
Vocals are a little too cheesy though, wish there was a dub

Those vocals are just sad, beyond cheesy. The production is quality Ferry as always, but it's typical cookiecutter hands-in-the-air formulaic trance, nothing innovative or original.

agreed. its definitely a bit of the same 'ol. one of the things i like about ferry is that i think he knows full on that he makes formula driven music. the only reason i make that conclusion is because i think he puts his riding-sawtooth-melody hands in the air trance stuff out under System F. his more tech-psy-beepoopbop trancehead stuff is for gouryella (leave tijs out of this for now), his more house-disco-trance stuff is moonman, etc.
what i'm waiting for is another Ferry Corsten release. Punk (kid mix especially) is just one of those tunes for me.
oh, and his 4x4 song sucks

once you've produced a track that's even remotely as good as ferry's, then you can speak. but until then, shut your mouth.

i cant take this crap anymore. im sick of the whole cheesy bandwagoining cliche shit going on. so how are the vocals cheesy? do they attract commercialism? for christ sake, stop using cheesy as an excuse to think your music taste is beyond other peoples.

i fucking 100% agree with you. just cuz someone doesn't like a tune, they always have to diss it by calling it cheese.

i recognized it's a quality production. but the fact is that Spaceman is yet another track that follows the same old formula and gives out the same vibe that imo has gotten stale after 4 years of it being burned out. you can't deny there's absolutely nothing original about it.
the comment about the vocals has nothing to do with commercialism, with cheesy i mean they are bland and pretentiously pseudo-deep. cheese works out sometimes, especially when it's made in holland and with good taste, but this one just doesn't cut it for me.
the last ferry track that made me go was Punk, after that i haven't heard anything impressive at all from him.
