I thought I should share my latest mix CD I've just created and encoded. It's currently named 'Koop - Koopmix 7' because I can't think of a better title. My default DJ name is Koop because my last name is Cooper, but that sounds lame.
As you can see, this set starts off nice and melodic, increasing the the energy level until about track 9, then gradually brings you down to a relaxing finish.

You got that right.. although i've increased the number of slots.
Some people downloading are trying to connect many times simultaneously, which temporarily takes up slots for others.

This is a fairly good mix in terms of track selection. Here are a few issues that I wanted to raise . Please don't flame for this
1) Some of the tracks don't fit together. For instance I didn't think that "ernesto vs bastian - a few seconds after trancefer" and "jan johnston - calling your name (thrillseekers remix)" go well one after another. You've beatmached it well, but I still don't think it fits well. I guess this is more of an artistic interpretation
2) Some tracks were louder than other, so I had to change the volume a few times. A bit annoying to have to do that.
3) try to progress. Instead of playing all the wicked trancers at the beginning and having a midiocare ending, try playing some beautiful melodic trancers (perhaps progressive trancers) at first and then move towards harder and uplifting stuff at the end.
4) It almost feels like you've spread out all the good tracks and added some filler inbetween. Here are the tracks that I've enjoyed and I've highlighted them in bold. I thought that the rest were just filler tracks.

Maybe I need to listen to this track a couple of times before it grows on me. But yeah, it seemed like a filler at the time that I was listening to it. Then again, different strokes for different folks. The best track by far was "Jan Johnston - calling your name (thrillseekers remix)". It owns me
