How would i go about this, using logic six platinum and the core audio in my mac?

About your question: It's definitely possible. I don't know how you actual set up logic for recording audio though... make an audio track, select it, and try hitting the record button. It may work, providing your sound card is set up to recieve audio input properly within logic. But knowing logic, there's probably something else you have to do...

Now, what would be really great is to have your mixer spit out each channel separately, and then have logic record each on a separate track...

I like logic alot, its a little hard to get used too, but im getting it. The es1, es2 synths are amazing. The only problem is logic platinum only comes with a one month trial on the sampler, es1, es2. Which sucks you would think if spending $700 on a program they should hook you up, but whatever.
