Look, try it out... the answer will always be the character on numbers 9, 18, 27, 36... etc etc... notice that all you do is add 9?? and that the characters on these numbers are always the same...

I've seen that site before and figured it out. At first I even tried to fool the computer by originaly thinking of one number than quickly switching to another as I clicked. It didn't work.
