Ok I think it would be cool if we all posted here the WAV samples we wish we had, and do some exchanging for the benefit of all. Also if you have an obscure type of sample, post it and see if anyone is interested.
My Wish Right Now - That trance-y powerful cello sound that always backs up epic leads.
One thing that you might care about - i sampled my harmonica and my recorder (flute like).

Quality American-voice samples saying "Come on!", "Let's go!", "Bring it on down!", you get the idea.
Also a razor-sharp, crisp, reverby synth like the one heard in Kenny Takito - All Systems Go or DJ Dean - Protect Your Ears.

I don't really know what sounds you're looking for. Besides I don't have any synth samples, I just make synthsounds with my nord rack 2
samples are suited for drums, nice one shot stuff, not really synths as you don't leave much tweakability and you need to multi-sample

I have a sample of someone screaming "YEAH!!!!" as if they just beat barney or something - its fuzzy so you could use it in the background...
Also if anyone wants to donate a wav of some synth I can take the time to loop it for you.

I take it, you know the kind of synths I'm talking about, and have heard those somgs I mentioned? Do you want any ol' synth or a specific one? I have z3ta+ and FM7. Also: what do you mean by "loop it"?

I'm not sure about the songs you mentioned, but what i'm saying is if you wanted to bounce something like FM7 to a wav for less CPU hogging, I can give it loop points so it works in the piano roll as an endless wav. All i want right now is a powerful cello sound like i mentioned above.
I also found an audio CD called 'house master' that was damn FULL of a girl saying things like yeah, aw baby, you know it, work it girl, and everything you could think of. I deleted it but I'll look for it again.

reverb does not = sharp
also i reccommend you get VAZ2001 and play with the detune
If you have Vaz, I can make that Cello sound you're after pretty easily. In the bass presets there's one, forget what it's called "Driving to infinity" or something like that. With some tweaking you can get a really really good cello type pad.
