The boys from Signum played in Melbourne last night, and one of the tunes they dropped was Laura Turner - Soul Deep (Signum Remix). All I can say about this one is

Ethereal vocals, rippling synths, suspended chords -- everything I like in vocal trance. This is such a motherf**king tune! I CANNOT wait to get my hands on it...

It got a big fat *yawn* from everyone in #armind during ASOT. I don't know if it's better live, but I thought it was pretty bland.

I really am not a fan of this track. The melody really annoys me. The best part of the track is the string breakdown in the second half, but then back comes that happy/annoying melody... eugh! Listenable, but not something I particularily like.

you fail to take into account the fact that a remix can only be so good depending on the quality of the song beforehand. in the case of beautiful together, oceanlab just plain rocks. obviously, you wont like all signum remixes if you like one.
