I've already tried to re-install and find the matching plugins, but most samples that are included in the FL Studio 4 install just don't play when I click on them in the browser or when I load them into a sample. Mainly all the included sample packs... all their buttons are red when I load them into the sequencer.
All the old 3.56 sample packs run just fine though!!

How do I fix this????

i heard someone say this (i believe he created the version that you have "wink wink") and that all you need to do is go to the start menu->Programs->FLS->and then there is a little file in there that you need to install...i'm not on my production computer right now so i forget what its called, but its in that folder...

Yeah that was me.

You need to install the vorbis acm codec. it should be in the start menu > fruity folder > advanced > vorbisacm.

then in that folder find a file called simply 'vorbisacm', it should be 811 bytes or so, then right click, and 'install'

it will work now
