I've been planning for a long time to update one of my hard trance tracks of 'Infinite Streams'. I've had this demo for quite a while now, but decided to up it. Bear in mind that this is a preview, so the track isn't that 'clear' yet. Just to give an idea
---
Good, hard drums. Excellent synth samples in the beginning. How did you make those synths so sharp and hard? Any hints? Good main section (including the build-up), sounds very nice to me. I also like the "funky" pattern for the melody, it's fun.
Good job!

Hey Eugene
I've worked on it more since this demo, but doing less on the reverb (which i think is too much in this tune) also made it loose some power. i'll have to search for things to compensate
Finding good sounds for hard trance is something I have to work harder on though, so Infinite Streams advances slightly less fast than Lightworks or Icone.
You sure can remix it if you want, there aren't many remixes for this tune yet. Download the midi package here (contains most melodies, separated) :
not the most spectacular track you've ever done, but it's alright.. i'm not really digging the bassline, it should be deeper.. as for the the main melody, it doesn't seem to fit for a hard trance track.. but as always, no problems with the percussion..

Thx Kevin & Absynth
I'm working on it, adding more depth to the bassline, as well as some more filters to the main lead during buildups. It's hard with VAZ (since for me it seems impossible to edit events on this one), but I hope it'll work
I did this as an exercise, in 2-3 hrs, as a "blitz-remix" just to see what I could get done. I didn't use your MIDI because I couldn't be "arsed" to learn how to work with MIDI in Fruity, so I reconstructed everything and added some things of my own.
Naturally you won't hear a shitload of fancy stuff, but hey - it's hard enough!
let me know whatcha think

I like booth mixes, although the original one seems like it has a bit too much reverb on some parts.
good work though

Is that the Yogi Niomehanika - Ding A Ling (DJ Scot Project Remix) intro i hear in the opening percussion
I think the bass needs some work. I really dig that lead. Reminds me of Flutlicht. I love those dirty sounding strings.

Oh man, come on. that vocal? was it really necessary. 1337 bass I think this track is definitely lacking in percussion. I like the lead. Has some groove to it.
