I would also suggest that you get another tech and there are two reasons for this. First, Techs are very very good tables, and it would really suck if you go buy another table and not like it as much as your tech. You'll regret your purchase and only if you are sure that you can return it (with minimal or no cost to you) should you actually try buying another table. Second, every table has different wow and flutter and torque ratings. This means that each brand of table will beatmatch differently, so you will really have to consider whether you want to have to master two different types of beatmatching in order to get a decent mix. If you stick with the same brand/model, then chances are, if they slow down or speed up from what they are supposed to, they should at least do it at the same rate. This will help you learn to beatmatch better and quicker.
As JohnSmith stated, for your third table...go for a table that has features or looks etc that you really want to use/have. But for you primary decks, get duplicates.
