Armin TA meetup in Vancouver -- let's get planning

I don't think I need to tell you all that Armin will be here on August 8th. His show is at "The Cave" (the old Rage), and he'll be playing a 3 hour set from 1am - 4am.

Since this date is fast approaching, we should figure out an appropriate meetup spot in order to give us ample time to contact his management and have this arranged.

My suggestion is Sushi. Other ideas?

I don't think tickets are out yet, but they'll probably be in the usual range (25 - 30 odd)...

damn, I'm going to have to save up for this and the Above and Beyond at Vivid.

Sushi sounds like a good plan - Danny seemed to have good contacts for that.

Count me in. Sushi sounds good to me. Or white spot, good canadian dining.

Hmmm, the white spot on Georgia and Seymour could be a good idea. Very central, lots of space in there, beers on tap, and decent cheap food.

What do you guys think about that? There'll be something for everyone on the menu there at least.

White Spot!? Yah we would be showing Armin good times. Ha ha ha thats funny. Sorry no offence to the person who thought of that. I am liking the sushi idea better.

Oh come on it's not THAT bad =)

I prefer Sushi myself. My top recommendation would be The Irish Heather in gastown though. Best pints in the city and amazing food. Only problem is that no minors would be allowed (do we have any minors coming?) and the food is a little pricy (15ish for a meal, but it's top restaurant quality).
