How can i make that popular 'aaah' sound which is found in many trance/hard trance tracks, the most popular being binfary finary - 2000(dumonde mix). Ive provided a sample below.

I think you mean the female choir sound that are normally put over the top of pads or strings in a mix.
The best one i have come across is the one found in the 'Voices' section of the NN19 patches in the Reason Soundbank.

look for vox samples...thats what i would do...they aren't full vocals but they have that feel to them and sound great if you do things right ...
