PvD doesn't drink, let alone use drugs. He's traveling almost constantly, which means eating different kind of foods on a dayly basis. Eating at McDonalds every day isn't an option. Sometimes your stomach doesn't know how to handle a particular kind of food.

When travelling to a warm place, your heart needs to work harder pump around blood. So if your getting food poisoning, it might take a lot of time to recover. It's wise to wait some time for your body to recover, than start working right away.

I know other ppl who caught food poisioning while out in Ibiza this year!!! If you look at his dates, he was scheduled to be in America the night after Ibiza so obviously he isnt goin to travel half the world when he should be in hospital so there!!!
