Yea, mostly in afrika, but I think you should keep things in proportions. About a week ago a man shot a student in the chest when he was trying to steal beans or something. He was trying to steal them because he couldn't afford food after paying his rent. The man didn't even give a warning or anything, hé just shot him. That's just plain sad
