PVD - Time of your Life. Short remake I did in Buzz with Synth1 VST

This was done entirely in Buzz, with the free Synth1 VST. I used Cool Edit to do some of the percs.

It's not meant to be exact, and it's missing the whooshes and likes. This is just meant to showcase the kind of dope shit you can come up with in a couple of hours without spending a dime, hehe.

Hmmm, I'm impressed. It really has a professional sound to it. Maybe I should be considering using Buzz also!

Of course I can do better than that, the point was simply to show what can be done in a short period of time (in this case 2 hours).

With more tweaking and EQ'ing it would sound even better. Adding the filtered type effects and proper percussions on top of that would make it pretty indistinguishable from the original, hehe.

I've been using Buzz for a year and a half, but I didn't really start to play around with it until a year ago. After making crap music for 2-3 months I started to get decent. A tune I have made in it may be getting picked up to a quality label in the near future, so keep your eyes peeled! =)
