Actually I don't know the melody of the song anymore

In this track there is a sample of a woman (I think it's from a movie?). The woman is saying somthing like:

...Taking care of business....I followed you in my car...

Damn this is a very hard one, because I can't remember any more of the song, but I liked it very much. i hope you guys can help me out here...
