Blank & Jones - Fragile, What Remix?? (Sample inside)

In THIS sample, is it a remix of Fragile, or is it the DJ just pitching and playing his turntable?? I'm don't spin tracks myself so I don't even know if it's possible to make that effect. Anyway I'm talking about the repeating shouts after the vocals...

Plz sort this out for me!!

There's a "Liquid Love Remix". It doesn't sound like the clip, though.

Indeed it doesn't, but I should've mentioned before, I knew about that remix and that it's not the one in the clip...
