I would have exactly the same setup i use at work in my club most nites..

1-2x1200/1210 mk2s
2-1 denon 2400f twin cd player
3-Cloud CXm11 Mixing console (click to see pic)
4- Ortofon Dj 'S' or Nightclub 'S' concorde carts

Ive used this for a long while with no problems bar usual wear and tear- so why change it?

2x Technics SL1210 Mk5G .. for mixing
2x Numark TTX ... for scratching/ extra mixing
1x Rane MM 8z DJ mixer
2x effex panels <- don't know much about em
2x Denon S3000 MP3/CD player
1x Pioneer HDJ-1000
4x Ortofon S concorde carts

That's exactly what I want once I get the money for it. I just ordered some HDJ-1000 headphones and hope to have the money for the mixer and the turntables next Summer. Remember I'm a student so it's going to take a while for me to get the money together. =)

Id put a massive pub keg full of vodka and a cd player because i would probablys be too drunk to spin

i would have 16 technics 1200s all around me in a circle, and the only way i could get it is by a crane dropping me in the center. that would be an amazing opening!
