I'm doin nightshift in Tesco on Saturday basically from 6pm to 8am, any tips on how to keep awake dudes????

btw I dont like Red Bull so the old Red Bull and pro plus is not an option!!!

go to bed early the previous night. then have a sleep before you go to work. also have pasta for tea as it slowly releases energy into your body which should last through the night.

Lol staying awake through a Saturday nite at a club is easy cause you've got some pumping tunes to keep you goin but on Tesco nightshift there won't be anything like that

he he...Are you getting unsociable hours pay ? (I think thats what it's called - anyway you get payed extra for shit hours). At least it's better than getting up at 7 on saturday morning which is what I used to do.

I would only have to agree with whats been said about sleeping in advance before you go to work to make up for the loss and eating pasta.

Im fecking glad I dont work at Tesco anymore

Unfortunately I wont be able to sleep beforehand because I have to play a football match in the afternoon I get double time for working Sunday and also night-shift premium so it works out about £13 which is pretty good
