can anybody help me id this techno tune that fergie always plays?

fergie played this tune at glastonbury this year and often plays when in the mix on his show.
its got this kind of off beat computer noise throughout the track and he's been caning it for ages now. i know my discription of this tune is really crap but its a hard one to describe.

if anyone can help please do feel free to shed some light on the stuation
