you don't understand the differences among 'promo vinyl', 'mp3' and 'radio-rip'

thx for help but no need for rules like this...new releases of promos didn't got it here in my country so the file sharing software is my only way to get it ...no promos stores here to know .. or to ask .....thx for ur help
