The previously announced September 30th release date for Half-Life 2 is being pushed back. We are currently targeting a holiday release, but do not have a specific "in-store" date to share at this time. We will release that information as soon as we have confirmed a new date. (link)

Valves marketing strategy will no doubt push it for a xmas release, even if it is completed and ready to ship atm. Wudnt you rather get it as a gift, rather than fork out 4 it yourself.

See what did I say I told you that I got the information over the summer.. Vivendi Publishers even themselves said it was going to be delayed.. and I trust the publishers because they are the ones that control the product when it should arrive and what not. It should arrive around november my sources say nove 19th.. around that time.. I suggest you pre order your shit all at ebgames because they are more accurate then any other gaming store.
