I know! I placed a decent number of orders through them, but I really loved their site for all the audio clips. damn, only planetxusa.com and satelliterecords.com left now!

Yeah , I've been wondering this too, but I do know that in august they tried to liquidate alot of their stock, so go figure.

I'm guessing there are many more sites w/ audio clips, but groovetech had lots for rare records they no longer had in stock. it was nice to hear Auranaut's "People Want To Be Needed" for a min or so while I was at work. they also had pics of nearly every record, something lots of sites lack.
what other sites carry lots of audio clips for records they no longer carry, besides www.planetxusa.com (gotta log in to get the clips though) and www.satelliterecords.com?

Thats a shame...I bought 40% (89 vinyls) of my current collection from them. Great place, great shipping...I'll miss them.

My fave site for this is http://www.dancerecords.com. They even have a nice play all feature that lets you play samples from a lot of tracks one right after another. It makes a nice little radio substitute.

been to the site many times, though I've never liked their search engine. it always seems to miss releases, or brings back way too many hits. maybe they've improved it?

only thing I don't like about dancerecords.com is that they neer seem to have any sales. I'm so pissed groovetech is gone though, I bought my very first vinyl there.
