a few people have asked on this board, what the fuck happened to Cass Cutbush (used to be 1/2 of cass and slide). Well I emailed him and he told me what happened. For the north american people that wanted to see him, he spent the last 12 months exclusively in Europe helping his family take care of his sick father (who died last week). He says it has been a difficult time for him and he does have new stuff coming out on his label sabotage records. He said him and pete split because they felt they could go no further as a duo and he says it was not a nasty split, mutual decision. Cass points out, he had dinner with pete last week.
