OK...some background information: there's a channel here in the US called VH1, it's supposed to be a music channel but like MTV they hardly show any music and when they do it sux. They've actually been playing shows on celebrities and their lives for awhile now.

As for the show entitled "Celebrity Cry Babies" pretty much for a half hour they just showed when celebrities have cried...why on earth would someone make let alone watch a show like this? Who gives two shits to see people who make more money than they'll ever see cry?

I dunno, I like TV and they're running out of good stuff to put on it I guess, and this is just an example.

Feel free to discuss this or other TV shows that you hate...

yeah i gave up on TV a year or so ago
there's really just a whole lotta crap on all the time
cancel your cable and buy a guitar and teach yourself that with the time and money saved

The home decorating shows have got to stop! They're getting absolutely out of control. It seems to have started with that stupid ass "Trading Spaces" show on TLC and branched out into a ton of spinoffs. Now it's starting to air on various stations and I'm sure the big networks will be next to pick up on the "craze".

The only one of these decorating shows that's even remotely good is "Monster House" on Discovery. They bring in a group of guys and rip the house apart and transform it into a certain theme (race lovers house, mid-evil house, disco house, etc). The part that pisses me off most though is that they're taking up all the air time on Discovery & TLC, which are supposed to be learning/nature channels. I enjoy both those channels when they have material on that I can learn stuff from, but these decorating shows are not doing ANYTHING for me.

They need to create a spinoff network that airs only home decorating shows so TLC & Discovery can return to the way they were BEFORE these stupid shows came about. I find it funny how all these networks seem to forget what they were created for, MTV for example was created for music...but the only time they air music is late night hours (12am-8am) or when TRL is on.

im a vh1 junkie for when im flipping thru channels and i stopped by this one, and it was particularly bad... i love the 70'2 and 80's is fun tho...
i cant believe how much makeup tammy faye wears.. ugh...

and speaking of stupid shows i get sucked into watching... that newlyweds show... jessica simpson is so DUMB.. and her husband always seems annnoyed with her.... its appalling and yet entertaining in a disgusting way... i am so ashamed....

Heh, I find the show funny too, and at least Jessica Simpson is really hot. You are right tho, she's so dumb but its funny to see Nick get pissed at her at yell at her.

Cable is horrid and limited. Thus why satelite is essential

We get like MTV dance... which is like another MTV that shows dance music (usually more commercial forms, sometimes decent stuff).

We also have a channel that shows video livesets (usually trance) at nightimes. Just watching now and its Tiesto @ Gatecrasher NEC. Jan Johnston - Flesh (Tiesto Remix) >>>> Riva - Stringer. \o/ The same channel, now shows in the daytime, trance music videos. As most trance doesn't have videos they just show clubbing scenes to the music. Heard Ricky Fobis - No Regular the other day .

cool...mtv dance almost seems decent enough to waste my time. And im sick of other channel. I hate reality shows!!!!! I live reality all day...i dont wanna go home and watch the same shit on tv. MTV's real world was enough. Now its everywhere. On the matter of VH1...only show i liked was the one where they dig up old washed up stars and ask what happened to them.

And yeah MTV and VH1 suck.

They might as well change MTV to the "real world" channel and vh1 to the "we act like we play music but all we really do is play stuff about celebrities that you dont really care about but that lady in your office needs something to talk about tommorow to keep you from working" channel.

Yeah, I haven't watched more than 10 hours of TV this year... (Not very much). Just a few Simpsons episodes.
