Does any one know any tracks that sound like this (Cirrus - Stop and Panic)? What genre does it fall into? Thanks to anyone that can help.

Perhaps a more well known track is needed as an example, how about stuff sounding like the Techno opener from the movie "Blade" (forgot the name of the track and DJ)? That has a similar sound to Cirrus Stop & Panic (the Stop & Panic version I'm referring too is the one from Hackers 3 soundtrack).
